COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY - 24-HOUR NOTICE

Introduction
This course cancellation policy aims to clarify the procedures and conditions surrounding course cancellations by students. It ensures fair service for all students while respecting teachers' time.
Cancellation Conditions
Required Notice: All course cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled course time.
Cancellation Method: Cancellations must be done through the online course management platform or by an email sent directly to the teacher with a copy to administration.
Cancellation Procedure
1. On the Course Management Platform:
• Log into your account.
• Go to the “My appointments" section.
• Select the course you wish to cancel.
• Click "Cancel" and confirm the cancellation.
2. By Email :
• Send an email to the concerned teacher.
• Mention your name, the course name, the date, and time of the course.
• Briefly explain the reason for the cancellation.

Penalties and Cancellation Fees
Cancellation with 24-Hour Notice: No penalty will be applied.
Cancellation without 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course start time will incur a fee equal to 100% of the course cost. These fees will be deducted from your account or billed directly.
Exceptions
Exceptions may be made in the case of unforeseen and justified circumstances, such as:
• Medical emergencies (medical certificate required).
• Death in the family (proof required).
• Natural disasters or other emergency situations.
For exceptions, please contact the administration as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
Re-enrollment
Students who canceled a course with 24-hour notice or under a valid exception can re-enroll in a later session without additional fees, subject to availability.
Student Responsibilities
• Inform the teacher and administration in case of cancellation.
• Adhere to the cancellation deadlines and procedures.
• Pay any applicable cancellation fees.
Teacher Responsibilities
• Acknowledge receipt of cancellation requests.
• Keep records of cancellations and re-enrollments up to date.
• Adhere to the cancellation policy and applicable exceptions.
Policy Modifications
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be communicated to students via email and posted on the course management platform.
